I am the manager of a Subway, TUNA . It's the best!
Bacon
Avo
Swiss
Ranch
Cuc's
Pepper
............YUM!
Ive went into subway so many times knowing that i wanted to try the tuna for once. But then i see the sweet onion chicken teryiaki or the cheese steak or the meatball marinara and i quickly change my mind. Some day i want to try the tuna! :D

6" veggie on whole wheat.

Everything except banana peppers, cheese and pineapple (Jalapeno's are good though... I just don't like banana peppers)

Light mayo and either sub sauce or hot sause.

Wow... I really didn't have to think about that.

I really like Quiznos FAR more, but Subway has the avacado thing going for them. I love avocado...mmm...gonna go get lunch.

There is a Mr. Goodcents around the corner from my apartment, and they have much better subs than Subway. They use freshly sliced meats (for those that eat meat) and cheeses instead of tiny cheese triangles like Subway has. My only complaint is that they don't have cucumber and bell peppers like Subway does, but I just put them on my sub myself when I get back home. The bread is much better too. Oh, and their regular sub is 8" instead of 6".

At Subway, I usually get the Club with bacon on honey oat bread with all veggies and light mayo.

Quizno's went out of business here for only offering 5" subs at $8. Now their prices compete with Subway, but it's too late.

There's also Penn Station for when I want a Philly cheesesteak, yum.

There's no real deli where I live, but we have a couple greasy spoons that can make a good sammich.

I always get the foot long '12 roasted chicken with lettuce/tomato/cheese and thats it.

Love it.

Lots of calories but it fits into my daily amount and doesn't have an EXCESS amount of fat
