Best syncronization folders software (for 3 mac)

I'd like to mantain some folders syncronized (for example with documents folder) between MBP - MBA and a third Mac (iMac): which software can you raccomend ? I've tried ChronoSync but find it a little confusing ...
I'd like to syncronize also large file as Virtual Fusion HD.
Any hints ?

It is great for folder syncing for alot of macs. I have invites if you want to use it.

I would second drop box. However it has a limit of 2 gb for the free beta. I can send an invite too if you need one.
