Best to do app?

I'm looking for a good to do app. It would be nice if it could easily sync with OSX and vice versa, but it's not to important if I have it just on my iphone, I'll be using this more for long term reminders then every day things.

I'm using the free To Do app on the AppStore made by the famous Erica Sadun. It's very simplistic and works perfectly. It even has red badges on the icon 😉
