what would you consider if the best productivity calendar / todo app? One that has a Mac and iOS version for sync'ing.

- Things to do throughout the day
- A Calendar view of my time free
- Being able to see projects
- Being able to set groups Work, App Project, Misc Project, Personal, etc.

So far Omnifocus 2 and 2Do looks good... any others? What do you recommend.

One that is GTD app as well as calendar and notes would be Pocket Informant. A Mac client is currently being developed (release is scheduled later this year, you can get a discount on it right now).

+1 for Informant. I have the Mac client already, as well as on my iPhone/iPad. It's been one of my go-to apps since migrating to iOS originally. I love the way it integrates Tasks, and allows me to totally control time zones.

Pocket Informant all the way!!!! I have been using this app for over 2 years. I think you can get a free trial through the App Store.

Grab the Mac App now for a discount. The current Beta works pretty well already - The finished product is just around the corner - and the price will go up!

I have that app on my phone and iPad but can't find it for mac Is it in the app store?

okay after testing 2do, Omnifocus, Todoist, Pocket/Desktop Informant and Sunrise... i've decided to go with Sunrise. I like the iOS app and Mac App it gives a nice Today/Week view of my projects/times available (easy for telling clients), it connects to just about every major 3rd party app cal programs. Easy on the eyes (not overwhelming).

I haven't tested Fantastical 2 yet since it was crash with OS X El Captian Beta. For my needs it wasn't about needing a "todo" list but more of a time management (productivity) application. I can now easily see when i'll have 2-3hrs free to do personal stuff. I maybe end up using Any.do for my todo list just because I like the daily remember it sends to sent up your day.

Is there anyone using 2do in Apple Watch? I have a problem with the app.

Everything is fine on my iphone however the checklists can not be marked on Apple Watch. I see the checklist items on Apple Watch. I select each item to mark it as done. Then an approval or decline page comes. But when I click to OK (left green button) button to make the item done, it makes the item done on Iphone, but the checklist item list stays same on Apple watch. For ex. there is 4 grocery items in one checklist. When I select any of them to make it done, it doesn't update checklist on apple Watch. Did anyone experience this problem?

I'm using Sunrise (Calendar), too. It's mainly for reminders and to unload my memory. Then I use Clear for actual to-dos and Habitica for fun.
