- Guinea Pig Series (Horror, Fake Snuff) - I've not watched these and never will, but they are often recommended to people who like unhealthy amounts of gore. They're shot to look like real snuff films. I don't recommend this one...

/thread.

ohh and cannibal holocaust.

Salo is a about fascism and how alienation enables humans to accept the most horrific of actions as normal. If you are watching it to get your jollies I think you've missed the point totally.

Ugh, that movie bothered me for weeks after I watched it. Of course, it was based on a book written by the Marquis de Sade so I should have known.

Another torture horror flick I haven't noticed listed is "rest stop".

I'm not very into gore, but here's some I've seen that might do the trick.

Cabin Fever - flesh eating bacteria horror flick with some pretty gross scenes
Robocop - lots of classic 80's gore, the shotgun to the hand scene still makes me shudder
The Evil Dead series - one of the best horror/gore series of all time
American Psycho - maybe more mental gore then real physical gore
Faces of Death series - movies with both fake and real death scenes, I remember seeing one in high school and thinking the entire thing was real - Wiki link

With a quick google search I found some links that might help
A Fan List
A Scene List

Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. The video taped scene is brutal to watch.
I Spit on your grave
Man Kills Dog, not really so much torture, but the movie is pretty brutal/shocking none the less.
Eraserhead. Haven't seen, but it seems to make the lists on some of the movie forums I go to.

Try these:

Hellraiser 1/2
Devils rejects
House Of a 1000 Corpses
The Hills Have Eyes (remake)
Day Of The Dead (1978)

This might be a long shot but try Antichrist i didn't like the film.

What a gruesome lot you are!!

I once saw the first few minutes of one of the Halloween films and that was more than enough for me.

I like creepy horror films but not gory horror ones.
