Best tripod for mobile phones?

Used to shoot with DSLR camera's and used a fluid tripod at the time. If I'm looking to shoot decent video off my iphone 6plus should I spend the extra money to get a fluid tripod mount? Any suggestions on a nice tripod for 200 or less.

I use a small adapter, with spring-loaded clamp that grips the sides of the phone and screws into a standard tripod mount. I think it was from Joby, and less than $20. If you want smooth panning motion while recording, fluid-head is the only way to go.
