Looking to purchase a USB C charger for overnight charging. The time it takes to charges doesn’t matter. I’m more concerned with prolonging the health of the battery. Which option would be best for this use case?
1. Apple MagSafe Charger
2. 5 W Apple USB A brick + USB A to C cable
3. 15 W Samsung USB C brick
4. 18 W Apple USB C brick

These anker 30w chargers are great. Small, Fast, affordable ($19).
The iPhone Pros will charge up to 27W.

The Amazon basics 30W charger work great too. And a bargain. $12.67.
It's smaller than it looks in the photo.

The iPhone controls the charging speed, so both the chargers will work the same.

For preserving the battery, MagSafe will generate some heat if your iPhone is in the case.
This will reduce battery life somewhat. This might be what is causing the reports of the iPhone Pro 14 having more battery degredation than normal. Mine is at 89% and I've had it less than 10 months.

Yeah, definitely want to avoid that as I’m stuck in a contract with this thing for 3 years. Thanks for the warning. I’ll stay away from MagSafe.
