Best value MacBook Pro in 2024?

I'm wondering what laptop would be the best for me?
I currently have a Mac Mini M2 Pro with 16gb ram and 512gb ssd.
It seems go be good, but I have been seeing the ram message often, so I'm guessing I need more ram.

I do the following:

• Web browsing, multiple tabs
• Photoshop - I edit raw files from my Panasonic S5II.
• Premiere Pro, CapCut - Basic video editing for YouTube and TikTok.

Which laptop has the best value? I was thinking the 2019 i9, but it's 5 years old. Would a M2 Max be overkill? Should I go for the M3 Pro? I was hoping to spend 2000 max and I would love to have at least 1tb ssd. 2tb would be nice.

I think it's from CleanMyMac.
It says that RAM ran out if I want to swap or something like that.
I did think about the M2 Pro too. The Mac Mini has been good.

Get rid of CleanMyMac. It’s junk. M2 Air would work for you.

Biggest pile of junk ever to be installed on any Mac. Delete it and never consider using it again.

Your usage suggests an M2 MacBook Air would probably suffice.
