BEST video converter (Can batch convert to WMV)

I need a video converter that can convert to good quality WMV and can convert multiple files at once.

I have tried:
-Handbrake
-Total Video Converter
-MPEG Streamclip
-Flip4Mac Studio
-Almost every other converter

PLEASE HELP. 🙁🙁

I also tried visual hub, and it didn't work in Snow Leopard 🙁

i dont know how good you are with automater but ive used it to script to do a batch in mpeg stream clip. Dont have the script with me since its on my work computer but it did take some time to do

flip4mac + compressor, make a droplet in compressor and just drop the files onto it...
