Best Video Editing for OS X ?

Hi I was just doing some videos and I need to edit the video start frame and the end frame and insert our company logo and splash page.

Also in the video, our board members are speaking , so I need to add their name and designation in text in the video bottom area .

So what software shall I use to do this all ?

What about using iMovie, which may not be the best for Mac OS X (since this is subjectively divided between FCP and Avid MC), but is already included and can do what you want?
