Forgot to mention a few:
  • Lumy (Beautiful complications that are very useful to photographers and others)
  • Visual Codes (Set up QR codes to be shown for scanning on the watch. More fun than useful for me)
  • Pocket Casts (I only use it to control playback on my phone)

It’s decades since I last heard reference to a RPN calculator. Takes me back to university days (mid 70’s!)
Some of us are using it in the modern era. Got my HP 35s and then PCalc on my iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch. I found that once I got used to it it's difficult to go back to algebraic. The Mac calculator app actually even has an RPN mode built in.

Which is why I think PCalc is one of the best watch apps. It also does algebraic (in fact it's the default), has a tip calculator, and lots of constants, conversions and function for trig and stuff. Basically a scientific calculator on the arm. And it's been around since 1992 with the developer still being active and updating it. I really appreciate that sort of dedication.
