which is also why you have to activate in stores now, and like said previously lying is fraud.

Easiest way - Find a man in a pub who has a lorry which had some fall off said lorry.

May be for real. I had a friend that hailed from a certain foreign country who made a killing on the first iphone selling them for about $200-300 more than his cost here in his "homeland." He must have bought at least 40. I can imagine a clueless person who caught wind of this idea putting up such a post. I think it will be quite a while until this idea works with the new phone.

Thinkers, it's people like you who got us into this stupid mess where you have to activate them in the store.

Sure blame the white kid...You got yourself into this mess don't blame me. So I came late to the party big deal. I'm trying to find a way to help other people like my sister who can't afford to pay the $70 a month data plan and if I can make a little profit out of it I will.

This is America, land of the FREE and home of the braves. This isn't communist nation where you can ONLY buy one thing one way. People like to have choices and Apple is cutting off that choice.
What about the T-mobile users and Sprint people?
If anyone is interested there is a website in the uk selling the new 3g iphones online but it will be several more months before they can supply anything again.
