Best way to completely clean a MBP screen?

Isopropyl alcohol, 90 percent or greater. It’s the only solution you should be using on electronics.

I try to use 99% when possible but it's expensive now due to covid.

You DON'T want to be "cleaning" a MacBook Pro screen IF it's one of the MBP's that has the sprayed-on anti-glare coating.

Before you know it, that coating will start "flaking off".
Hence the situation known as "StainGate"...
