Best way to convert Quicktime to DVD Format?

I am looking to convert some of my quicktime videos to DVD so that they can have the "video" and "audio" folder. Would it be easier to convert them to DivX and then convert them to DVD?

Basically I am trying to get them to have an Audio and Video folder like DVDs have so that I can burn them to a DVD-R.

you can just use iDVD if you have ilife
