Hello,

I have a new Mac Pro with a single drive. I've just received three new matching drives and I would like to set the four up in a RAID 10.

Is there a way for me to set this up without blowing everything away and reinstalling? Or is that likely to be my only option? I do have plenty of space available via NFS to hold a backup if necessary.

Best thing to do is make an image of your current volume (via Disk Utility), then create the RAID set, and restore the image back to your newly created RAID volume.
