iPhone Best way to delete duplicate photos on camera roll

I used Photosync to save photos after starting with fresh install on 5S. It stopped a few times and I had to restart so it duplicated quite a few photos. I opened Image Capture but that didn't help much. Any quicker way?

Why not back them up in iCloud or iTunes and just sync them back.
