    Hey,
I am a recent switcher and now want to continue playing games on my Mac. I used to download them from Impulse, but they don't sell any Mac versions.

I unearthed a couple of other websites that do though:
    Direct2Drive
    Gametreeonline
    GamersGate

    Your thoughts?

Is it worth downloading Mac games at all, or should I just bootcamp everything?

I buy, if available, OS X versions of games I like because I enjoy gaming natively on Mac.
Depending on your Macs graphic card, games run just fine. If you got a recent iMac with ATI 4650 or 4850 (or even a Mac Pro)
you can enjoy all those games on OS X with max details. If you have a Macbook with 9600MGT most will run at medium~high settings.

    So far I have:

    Warcraft 3 + Addon
    World of Warcraft
    Call of Duty 1
    Call of Duty 2
    Call of Duty 4
    Bioshock
    Dragon Age
    Spore
Tales of Monkey Island Ep 1~5
    Doom 3
    Quake 4
    Prey

Shops I buy downloadable games from:

    www.direct2drive.com
    www.direct4drive.com
    www.gameagent.com
    www.gametreeonline.com
    www.telltalegames.com

Disc based games I'm getting from Amazon

Ummm, I'll go where the games are. Steam is by far the best digital distribution source for PC based games (I'm using PC in the more general sense). So, until Steam comes out for the Mac, quit telling me (and other gamers) what to do.

I didn't tell anyone what to do.
Its just the "Steam is the only way" that made me say this - there's quite a few games that made it to the Mac and there's no reason to not take a look at them aka see my list above.
