Best way to get copy of Mac Mini G4 Restore Disc

I just bought a G4 Mac Mini, but it does not come with Restore disc, whats the best way to find one or able to buy one?
 
look on ebay, or if it is old enough that the origional disks had Panther on them upgrade to Tiger or Leopard when it comes out.
 
Bear in mind that waiting for Leopard won't get you iLife or any other bundled software.
