Best way to record video off iPad 3

I was thinking of doing a couple reviews of iPad apps. Most youtubes are done with a camera and hard to see.

Is it possible to hdmi out or AirPlay the iPad 3 to the computer and record a few minutes?

I'm no expert, but if I were to do it I would do this:

Airplay mirror your screen to your mac using a free app called "reflection", its not available on the app store but you can get it here:

http://www.reflectionapp.com/

Then use quicktime screen capture to create a video.

I can't say what quality it would achieve, but its possible.
