best way to reinstall iLife 06?

so i kinda messed up iDVD, and i need to re-install it. what's the best way to go about doing this?

From the OS X install disks.

First, download a program, like Appzapper (5$), or Appdelete. (Free, http://reggie.ashworth.googlepages.com/appdelete)

Then, delete each iLife app with them, and reinstall them with "install optional software" on the first OS X DVD.
