Best way to report bug when not in beta?

Hi,

I have a bug where my iPhone X crashes every time I do 10 screenshots in quick-ish succession

Didn’t happen until moving on to ios12

I would contact Apple support and report it directly. I just did that as I have noticed a lot of Backboardd crashes with IOS 12

Old thread, I know, but have you seen any improvement? It seems like despite this issue being reported they don’t really care to fix it.
