I know that the email works, however I can't send from my gmail to the client's hotmail I get the following error (the client says he has plenty of space on his email though)

So I have heard about something called "FTP (File Transfer Protocol)" ... I wonder if someone could recommend one ? would that be my solution though ?

    Thanks in advance

MSN and Skype support file transfer I think. TeamViewer is also a handy app for file sharing. If it's an image or video, you could just upload it to ImageShack and then share the link

Have you considered using something like DropBox and setting up a shared folder.

Try YouSendIt.com. They have a free version that allows sending files up to 100MB.

I use yousendit.com for big files at work – there's a freebie version which lets you send files under 100MB which is usually more than enough for us.

EDIT: Er, yeah – pay heed to Tilpots, sensible chap that he is. :p
