iPhone 13 Pro Best way to set up an iPhone 13 Pro when upgrading from an iPhone 7?

It’s been 5 years since I upgraded my iPhone. I recall seeing some forum posts about certain setup methods not always resulting in 100% of iPhone data being transferred to the new device. What’s the most reliable way to set up a new iPhone? Thanks.

The direct device to device transfer has worked great for me in the last years.

Device-to-Device transfer worked great for me when I upgraded from my XS. Quick, easy and complete.

They’re all reliable. Some are much slower.
Restore from iCloud backup (slowest)
iPhone to iPhone transfer (faster)
Restore from Mac backup (fastest)
