Best way to stream photos from PC to iPad

I guess OneDrive or Dropbox does it better than nobody else, and it also gets your iPhones or iPads pics back on your PC too 😀

I am looking for something like this but that actually works.

I was able to get the free version to work but only locally not over the internet 🙁 It does support both features the free version the paid version or pro version said it just had extra searching ability.
