I have a Property Exam Monday that is 100 multiple choice questions. Anyone have advice on the best way to study for multiple choice exams?
Want to make the most of my time.

Study wise, I think its pretty much the same as any other exam. You just have to know the material. Maybe study with someone over the weekend and quiz each other.

As far as taking the exam, the following has usually helped me.

Any questions that I can't answer right away, I skip and go back to later on.
This usually gives you more time to think about those.

Also, some multiple choice exams I have taken have at least one answer that doesnt make sense. Look for those and eliminate them.

Lastly, dont second guess yourself if you have already answered one question dont go back and change it. Usually your first choice is correct.

good luck.

Simple, is to just study. Learn the material, no mater what it is, and you will know the right answer, regardless of the other choices.

I don't know of any special technique. The best way to get a good grade is to just know the material.

yeah. only real way is to thuroughly study and know the material. sometimes, if all else fails, you might be able to get away w/ process of elimination (which answers sound the most logical)...rarely works but its worth a shot.

ALWAYS be consistent on guesses

meaning if you dont know always use the same answer, dont vary it up

other than that just study study study

check your law library for the following books

Q & A series
Answers and Explanations
Barbri

your professor will most likely get at least some of the questions from each of these books

write out your outline and pray
