Best Way To Sync Mac Pro with MBP?

What's the best way to keep contacts, setting, 1passwd, keychains, etc sync'd between both your desktop and laptops? I know that Mobile Me is good for contacts, email settings, etc, but what about other apps like 1passwd, etc?
 
You might look into chronosync - although I'm not sure it will cover all your needs but works well for me in terms of keeping my macbook and mac pro pretty much in sync. Good luck🙂
