best weather app that support retina display and Notification centre ?

that support the new retina display and also support the notification centre ,

I'd also be interested in any app that does this, as I'm rather sure it would be the best, because to the best of my knowledge only the Apple app does this... 😡 Apple claimed there would be lots of developers who would give us weather apps, but none give us notification center support...
