He's looking for a website that offers useful lists and reviews for apps that can be found in the Mac App Store... because, despite Apple's recent efforts, the Mac App Store is the absolute worst place to discover new apps.

At least that's what I think he's asking for.

Yes. And it don't even have to have reviews etc, just search and have every app and short description what it does.
