In Parallels the trackpad reacts exactly as it does does in OSX. But because of the limited bootcamp drivers i cant get it to working exactly as i want when i have booted directly into W7.
I have W7 installed on its own bootcamp partition that parallels can also access on a 2010 MBP13 2.4 core 2 duo with 8GB ram and the virtulisahtion works superbly.
 
There is no such thing as a multi-purpose machine. Keep windows to windows box and mac to mac box. I will never mix the 2 together.

When mixed, your machine will become a "Jack of all trades, and Master of none".
