Best wireless charger pad for charging both iPhone and Apple Watch

That's to come, some time in 2018. Nothing currently available will charge all three. Note also that the AirPods charging case isn't available yet, either. You're ahead of your time.
 
I don't know what their timing is. If I didn't already own a pair, I'd be tempted to cancel and wait until they are being sold with the wireless charging case, or at least see how different/more expensive they are that way. It looks like Apple will sell the charging case separately, but it's probably not going to be cheap.

True but I mostly want the AirPods in general.

QI pad for phone, Apple Watch charger and lightning "dock" for Airpods. Just got mine from Amazon. Pretty nice package though having three wires come out the back is messy unless you have zip ties or velcro.
