Its an audio recording of a BT (British Telecom) call centre sales advisor getting both barrels off a REALLY p'ssed off customer. Very strong language, but utterly fantastic. Loving the simple yet effective video, too. Never fails to make me laugh.

So far, this one's my favorite! Great video/audio. Hilarious!

I was looking for the "VW in da house" commercials and found this. Not exactly PC. You have to watch it at least two times to really "see" everything. Gosh, who thinks these things up?

As far as I know it was a student who made that video and he/she apologized to VW for that video, because it gave VW quite a bad reputation.
