After reading various post about BestBuy's ability to deliver iPhones on launch date, I decided to have a chat with one.
I asked about BestBuy's failure to deliver on launch date and was responded with this...
"I completely understand your thoughts and with that since the release date of the device is by November 3, 2017 we are still in the process of having these devices from the manufacturer. Due to inventory constraints, the Get It By Date for your phones may be later than the general release date for the iPhone X. We are actively working with the vendor to get product as quickly as possible and will notify you if these dates change."
So most of the responses about BestBuy promise to delivery team was accurate. Though she did guarantee those who received pick-up dates of 11-03-2017 need not to worry. You'll get yours Friday the 3rd.
