iPhone 11 Pro Bestbuy >> No Pickup preorder ( why )

I have been place preorder with bestbuy couple yrs already , this is first time i saw they delivery only , no pickup due high demand color @@@

has anyone has same issue , ?

It's been posted here a few times that Best Buy isn't very good at delivering on In Store pickups, so maybe they got smart and decided to just ship. I was going to order through them since I have some gift cards and rewards points, but they didn't have them available when I checked yet so I just direct ordered from Verizon.

Probably complaints about in store pickups - last year they really screwed up and vowed never to do that again....

Hard to say, never actually ordered a phone from them (today would have been my first try). I did order the Series 4 Apple Watch last year, and did get it on launch day, but that's no indicator as to if they can/will deliver on iPhones. I know one year (maybe last year) they botched things up and were offering I think 250.00 gift cards (or maybe it was less), due to the issue.

I agree with that, but I prefer to just order and wait at home, versus going to Apple or Best Buy (I very much dislike going to Best Buy unless I have to). Good luck either way.

I just did this myself after preordering through the Apple app which pushed my delivery date back until sept 27-oct 1. Best Buy says will be available for pickup on release date, sept 20th. Got a 256 midnight green pro max. Completely forgot about going through the Best Buy route.
