I agree that the Video iPod will come out before Thanksgiving. The OP didn't sway my statement one bit.

And my cousins friends Dad who works for AMD says Apple is dumping Intel and are going to go with AMD instead.

Just because you're trying to ridicule another poster, I will make this statement.

AMD is already in Dell.

Actually, ThinkSecret (although still investigating the sources) thinks it will probably not surface before 2007:

Last week, Think Secret sources reported Apple was pushing engineers in the hope of being able to release its next-generation iPod ahead of this year's holiday buying season. While informants had stressed at the time that the company was up against an intimidating timeline for doing so—and that the odds were against a Christmas release—they now say the possibility of a 2006 announcement is all but out of the question.

Without divulging details—which sources requested we withhold to protect their anonymity—the word is Apple missed a crucial window in the development cycle of the product to ensure delivery this year.

An announcement at Macworld Expo San Francisco 2007 in early January once again seems the most likely venue for Apple to showcase what will be its flagship digital media player for some time.

There was nothing wrong about Unorthodox's statement, Dell isn't installing OS X on their computers and Apple's don't use AMDs.

Mabey this guy is lying. Mabey not. Personaly I don't care about that. But if you go and watch Steve Jobs introduce the new iPods he says I hope this gives you a preveiw of our holiday lineup. (This is not an exact quote, but it is the basic idea of what he said.) This makes me belive that we may just have a true iPod video before the holidays.

"Mabey" you can spell. "Mabey" you can't. Either way, I'd rather eat poop than trust Best Buy with anything.
