I already did, they said:

The film is optically clear and in our experience does not effect the performance of the flash. If you find that you are not happy with the Skin even after applying it we will gladly accept a return for a full refund.

I got two, if one works out, I will keep the give the second to my gf, otherwise I will return both.

Well, this is what a photo looks like with the apple film on it, which obviously is of worse quality, but I am hoping it is not this:

If I get around to doing mine tonight i will take a flash shot tonight before and the same flash shot tomorrow after it dries.

Maybe but that film probably isn't optically clear or meant to be like BSE. Two different materials really. Ideally they should just cut the hole for the flash but if it doesn't mess with it at all it's actually protecting your flash. I'm sure scratches on the flash would affect the way light comes out of it as well.

Yeah, I am hoping this is the case. I had a BSE on my 3G and 3Gs, good quality.
