Beta 1 Release Date?

Did they mention when they were releasing Beta 1 in the keynote? All I saw was release in the Fall

Beta 1 will be released for developers today. No time was given.

I think in the past it only took them 1-2 hours to release the Betas.

It's up now.... But the new betas are not yet listed. Just 13.
