Hi, since update 13.1 beta I don't get any notification from apps like Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Mail... It looks like the app background refresh doesn't work.
I also cannot use iMessage and FaceTime (it says waiting activation).
I think I've tried everything already but still all the same.
Maybe someone have/had the same issues and have an idea how to resolve it.
