Any time you update your phone or watch it's very common battery life on the watch takes a dive. It's because the watch is very flakey when dealing with any kind of update (be it on the phone or the watch itself)
To fix it you need to in-pair the watch and then re-pair it.
I'm going to try when I get home. I can't get any response out of the watch. The screen doesn't even lite up. Hopefully putting it on the charger will help.

That brought it back, thank you. I did a restore and re-paired with my phone. in 2.5 hours today the watch has gone from 100%-84%. Not terrible battery but still draining more than usual.
I'm just sayin'. It's a beta which won't have the best battery life. WatchOS 2.2.1 was not designed to be 100% compatible with iOS 10. Sure it's compatible, but it wasn't coded with iOS 10 in mind.
