After 2 days, I honestly cant complain about battery life from B1-B2; B1 my battery was absolutely trash, charging my phone may 3-4 times a day. Todays battery is currently at 47% with 8 hours standby and 3 hours usage :D

I've read a couple of complaints about the Apple Watch + iOS 10 beta. I'll be keeping an eye on this myself.

I also have an Apple Watch and i'm seeing some horrific battery life. I'd love to bust this, but that would mean not wearing the watch. Dagnabbit.

I'm still waiting on my iPhone to fully charge, so I can't really say anything about the battery life of iOS 10 yet. But I can say that Apple Watch battery life has drastically dropped.

Music is using inordinate battery for me -- 40% in last 10 hours with only 10 mins being used. Anyone else?

For me Beta 2 seems to be overly optimistic with ******** usage numbers.

Well after almost a full day of usage, I can say that the Apple Watch battery life has definitely taken a hit, but it's still enough to get me through a day. I expected that to happen to the watch though, as it's still using 2.2.1.

As for iOS 10, it's a little worse so far. On my SE I would normally get through an entire day on about 6-8 hours of usage with about 40%-50% charge remaining. It's dropped about an hour or so, but it's only the second day on the beta so far. Plus, it is beta after all.

Here's mine on my iPad Pro, haven't charged since Thursday night (PB1), battery lasting longer than 9.3.3 was without needing to charge

My 6S plus on beta 2 (not pictured heavy infuse usage video playback)

Well maybe I spoke too soon. I fully charged it earlier in the day and have used it quite a bit since for work, developing and messaging, and this is my battery life.

On that note, I'm going to plug it up and sleep.

Is it just me, or do the Usage stats look a bit over-inflated? I have a feeling mine just aren't accurate - seems like it's reporting higher usage than i've actually got..

What I've noticed for my wife and I is the messaging app is to blame. When using new filters and things, the phone gets hot quickly and begins battery draining even quicker.

Yeah, it was more a turn of phrase. Reckon background debugging is included in those stats?

In as much as debugging/logging will add extra time to any process. Otherwise I believe it shows screen on time plus time the system is actively running background threads for the user.
