Give around 30 minutes for OTA. if the ISPW has just been pushed it will have to push out to the distro. boxes. Replication can take a while.

No problem, understandable. This is if Apple have done an OTA, wait and see. It's just standard process for any large scale deployment you stagger the staging process so the servers don't get hammered all in one go.
