Same way as you installed the beta in the first place. Whichever source you got the Beta 1 file from, you will be able to get the Beta 2 file from.

Sometimes its OTA, sometimes it isn't. Depends on how much has changed.

Does anyone know the expiration Date of the beta 1?

my guess is around 2 and 3 week range i remember that's when they kept releasing new betas last year.
