Last year Apple released Beta 2 of El Capitan 15 days after WWDC. They did the same in 2014 for Yosemite.

Going by that, it's fairly likely we'll see a new build tomorrow.

(I'm not putting money on it, though.)

Pardon my lack of knowledge in reference to beta s/w. if I'm running beta1 watch OS will I get a notification when Beta2 is out?

Apple emails the developers in the appleseed program that a new build is available. Additionally it will make news here, either on the front page or the ios/mac blog pages.

No betas came out yesterday. We over at the iOS 10 beta thread are also waiting for a new beta. We are hoping for today.

Doesn't look like it, just yet.
The new "smaller" betas (10.11.6, 9.3.3) just launched.

Maybe iOS 10 and macOS 10.12 betas will come tomorrow, or next week.

I am really hoping for tomorrow. I doubt it. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I'll be checking the dev portal and my settings app hard core tomorrow. Haha. I really hope we get to play with it before the weekend is over. Haha.
