Beta 4: "Verifying update..." won't stop. Safest way to try again?

If it won't stop with the "Verifying update" screen, what is the safest course of action? I could do a hard reset, but I don't want to brick the phone.

Ok for those with this problem, I solved it on my own. I took a chance and simply turned off the phone and tried again. The second time around within a minute it switched to the apple logo screen and began the progress bar as usual. No complications.

Same here. Just turn it off and on again and the update continues.
