Beta 9 today, 1 week before GM

Apple breaks almost all patterns. I don't mind they release a beta for the sake of releasing a beta.

I'm going to assume if we don't see any update today.. tomorrow at the latest then the current is GM.. only because they'll be showing this off next week on iPhone 7.

No. We are done with betas. iPhone 7s are already being boxed with the GM installed.

Umm you may be confused. I said it will be out next Wednesday, after the event, like every single year. The event is next Wednesday. You might be thinking its Tuesday. The GM will be out around 12PM PDT on Wednesday the 7th.
