Better email address format?

Which one you think is better email address format for iCloud mail and Apple ID?

My experience with those addresses with a period in them is people often copy them down wrong or misunderstand resulting in bounced email. I would not want one.

Take jappleseed as your main address and make j.appleseed an alias.

I agree and do it immediately. Otherwise you may end up like this:

jappleseed137

In my opinion there's nothing quite as obvious and off putting as being a number.
