Better Gmai App or Mail App for battery?

I had a question, it's better use the Apple Mail integrate on iOS or the Gmail App for the same mailbox in term of battery drain?

What is the app the use more battery?

i think native apps are always more efficient.

Depends on how much email you get. If you get tons of email, I think the mail app with fetch is more efficient than Gmail with push. If you don't get much, I think Gmail app with push is more efficient.
