I can't confirm it, but it seems as if every successive model has had some speaker improvements, so I'm hoping this trend continues.

Its bigger than its predecessor so technically its speakers should sound louder.

Yes. My old 2008 Macbook has blown speakers because of the movies watched at max volume

It depends on the “reasonable volume “. It is by definition subjective.
In principle if you are not always playing music at 100% you’ll be fine. But even at 100% it should keep working for many years. You’ll be probably change your iPhone well before noticing some differences
