What I got from it was that it's better to charge more often (more times per day) rather than deep drains and charges. Instead of waiting for it to almost die or die completely, put it on a charger even if it's at 60 or 70% and it will not kill your battery. Do a complete drain and full charge 1x per month though and you are golden.

I'll charge fully overnight then put it on the charger for an hour or 2 mid afternoon while i'm at work.
