I am looking for better voices for the System voice. The best voice in the list is Bruce but try using him to read a book and you will be killing him not soon after.

I will be upgrading to Leopard in a couple of days but I am wondering if there is anyway to add better voices to the system?

There sure is, for a price.

    Check out Cepstral.

I purchased a voice, David, and it was worth it. I have not tried installing it within Leopard though.

Edit: And FYI, the new ALex voice is STUNNING in Leopard. Alex even inhales a bit before starting a new sentence, its VERY subtle.

Can someone share the voice file with me?

That is as long as it is legal.

As I am not getting my Leopard dvd till next week!!!
