better way to organize ibooks ipad

I had so many books that its hard to find with the scrolling.
is there trick to getting ibooks show books by category, author etc
the album art seems pixellated too not that its an issue
i did the album grab and fixed a few

had to go into list view

Also you re-arrange them yourself without going into list. Just hold down the book untill it wiggles and slide.
